Fees
Management fees are quoted after inspection. They are a percentage of rent collected, plus agreed costs for lettings and works. Nothing is deducted that is not on the statement.

Yes. Reports, approvals and statements are sent by email, and urgent decisions can be taken on WhatsApp within the limits you set.
