Managing Director
Amaka Adeyemi
Amaka leads instructions and is the person owners speak to when a decision cannot wait.
About Plannerse
Property management, real estate, peace of mind.
Our story
Plannerse Realty was set up so owners could leave the day-to-day of a building with people who still answer the phone. We manage homes and commercial space in Ibadan and Lagos, and we sell and lease the same stock.
What we hold to
Mission
Make ownership quieter and more accountable.
Vision
Be the firm owners name when they are not in town.
Care
Tenants, vendors and owners get the same standard of reply.

What clients say
“The monthly statement is short enough to read, and repairs are not started until I have seen the cost.”
“Viewings were on time and the questions I had about title were answered before I made an offer.”
“The handover note matched the flat. When a pump failed, someone came the same week.”
